Tours and Tickets

 
All tickets are provided to constituents on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the large number of visitors, please request them as early as possible in order to maximize your chances. For information on sightseeing and attractions, please visit the Washington, DC Tourism Information page.


Capitol Tickets

The Capitol Visitor's Center (CVC) has reopened tours to constituents. Because demand for Capitol tours is high, please keep the following guidelines in mind when submitting a request.

  • The CVC is currently offering tours Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 2:50 PM. Slots are available in 10 minute increments, meaning you can schedule a tour for 9:00, 9:10, 9:20, etc. 

  • Our office is only able to book 15 tickets per time slot.

  • A self-schedule service is offered to schedule tours through the CVC for your convenience, with fewer restrictions than what would be imposed while scheduling a tour through our office. 

  • Tours should be requested at least two weeks in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred dates.

White House Tickets

The White House Visitors Office (WHVO) has reopened tours to constituents. Because demand for White House tours is high, please keep the following guidelines in mind when submitting a request.

The following are policies determined by the White House for those requesting tours through Congressional Offices:

  • Tuesday, January 3rd will be the first tour date available for calendar year 2023. Our office will be able to start requesting 2023 tours via the White House Tour portal starting Monday, December 12th.

    Tours must be requested at least three weeks in advance

  • White House Tours are currently being offered Tuesdays to Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Their schedule is subject to last minute rescheduling or cancellation due to official use or inclement weather. While we will do our best to schedule you, bear in mind that availability is severely limited.
